My Approach
I provide 1-on-1 holistic personal training services and nutritional consultations in person or virtually.
My clients receive custom-tailored strength-training programs for their specific goals so they have a clear, science-based path straight toward their dream body and performance goals. I train all types of clients (with experience training ages 13 to 82, beginners to athletes), with goals ranging from rehab, to weight loss, to fighting depression, to healing back pain, to building better glutes (a cuter butt!).
I work one-on-one in-person in the Ellicott City, Catonsville, and Baltimore area or virtually from anywhere.
