She made such a great first impression with me because of her friendly, positive personality, that I decided to join the gym as well and sign up for training sessions with Meghan. Through her knowledge and hard work that she puts into planning, my sessions kept me interested and working hard. I was able to accomplish my goals and then some. “I came to Meghan to help with my psoriatic arthritis symptoms. Her program was absolutely beneficial for me. All throughout the sessions, Meghan encouraged me to do my best and keep pushing past my limits, but not to the point where I was hurting myself. It for the most part took away the pain I had been feeling in my knees for years by doing the exercises. It also made my back pain go away. So now my knees don't hurt when I am walking up or down the stairs, and I do not have any pain when I am laying on my back. I would absolutely recommend her training to others!”

“When I first started with Meghan, I was stressed out due to an overload of responsibilities on both the professional and personal fronts. I was putting myself last to the point where I had fallen out of my exercise and self care routine. I needed a change. I needed to get out of the rut I was in.
I wanted to take my fitness to the next level with the guidance of a trainer who could push me both physically and mentally. Physically, I had a goal of getting in the best shape of my life since having played collegiate level basketball 15 years prior. I saw and felt the changes in my body - improved range of motion, flexibility, balance, total body and core strength and definition in muscles I never knew I had! This is all thanks to Meghan's approach. Every session was different. Intense, yes. Fun, yes. Worth the investment, absolutely.
